Managing Campaigns
Dispatch gives you three ways to build an email: Template Mode for speed, Visual Builder for full layout control, and Raw HTML when you want to go full wizard.
Create a campaign (Template Mode)
- Go to Dispatch – Campaigns – Create Campaign
- Enter campaign name and subject
- Choose a template (or start blank)
- Fill in the editable fields (text, images, colors)
- Preview while you edit
- Click Save Draft
- Click Send Campaign when ready
Use the Visual Builder
- Open a campaign and click Open Visual Builder
- Drag blocks (text, image, button, columns)
- Edit content in-place and style with the side panel
- Preview Desktop / Tablet / Mobile
- Use Apply Brand Colors to set CTA colors globally
- Save the campaign to keep your design
Template tokens (merge tags)
Tokens are replaced when the email is sent. They keep templates reusable and personalized.
