Install Dispatch like any normal WordPress plugin, then run the first-time setup checklist. The goal is simple: brand it, SMTP-test it, and start sending conservatively.

Automatic installation

  1. Log in to your WordPress admin
  2. Go to Plugins – Add New
  3. Search for M Media Dispatch
  4. Click Install Now, then Activate
  5. Go to Dispatch – Email Branding and configure your brand
  6. Go to Dispatch – Settings and configure SMTP + sending limits

Manual installation

  1. Download the plugin ZIP
  2. Extract the mmedia-dispatch folder
  3. Upload to /wp-content/plugins/
  4. Activate in WordPress under Plugins
  5. Complete the first-time setup below

First-time setup checklist

  • Email Branding: upload logo, set primary/secondary colors
  • SMTP: enter credentials, test connection, send a test email
  • Sending limits: start conservative (example: 30/min, 500/hour)
  • Compliance: add physical mailing address, keep double opt-in enabled
  • Signup form: add the shortcode to a page
