The Medigap Contact Wizard exposes one functional shortcode and two backward-compatible aliases. All three render the exact same 5-step wizard. Use whichever form you prefer — the primary shortcode name is recommended for new installations.
Available shortcodes
[mmedia_medigap_wizard] Primary — use this one
Renders the full 5-step Medigap contact wizard. Respects all settings configured at Medigap Contact Wizard → Settings. Recommended for all new pages.
[mmedia_medicare_wizard] Backward-compat alias
Maps directly to the primary shortcode. Included so existing pages using this name continue working without any edits. No behavior difference.
[mmedia_medicare_contact_wizard] Backward-compat alias
Maps directly to the primary shortcode. Same as the above — retained for backward compatibility only. No behavioral difference from the primary.
Placement
- Add to any published WordPress page using a Shortcode block or a standard Paragraph block.
- Only one instance per page is needed — the wizard is a self-contained multi-step flow.
- Works in any theme; the form styles are fully self-contained.
- If a caching plugin is active (WP Rocket, WP Super Cache, etc.), flush the page cache after adding the shortcode.
Parameters
The wizard shortcode does not accept parameters or attributes. All configuration — branding, email delivery, intro text, question visibility, success message — is managed through Medigap Contact Wizard → Settings in the WordPress admin. This means the same shortcode works identically across every page it is placed on.
