Medigap Pro installs like any WordPress plugin — upload the ZIP, activate, and run the 4-step setup wizard. Most sites are fully up and running in under 10 minutes.

Upload and activate

  1. Download the mmedia-medigap-pro-2026.zip file from your purchase confirmation email or mmediasoftwarelab.com.
  2. In your WordPress admin, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.
  3. Choose the ZIP file and click Install Now.
  4. Click Activate Plugin.
  5. The 4-step setup wizard launches automatically on first activation.

The wizard walks through four screens. You can skip any step and return to it later via Medigap Pro → Restart Wizard.

Step 1 — Agent Info

Your name, phone number (E.164 format for linking, display format for showing), lead notification email address, and optional agent logo.

Step 2 — Carriers

Select the carriers you represent or want listed in the Carrier Directory. You can update this at any time under Settings.

Step 3 — Email / SMTP

Configure outbound email for lead notifications. Enter SMTP credentials (host, port, username, password) or leave blank to use WordPress’s default wp_mail().

Step 4 — Landing Pages

Set your state page URL pattern using the {state} placeholder. Default: /medicare-supplement-insurance-medigap-plans-in-{state}/. This pattern is used by the ZIP rate finder for automatic redirects.

After the wizard

  • Go to Medigap Pro → Site Setup → Build Pages to auto-create all state landing pages in one click.
  • Add shortcodes to your existing pages — see the Funnels & Forms reference for the full list.
  • Submit a test lead and confirm delivery to your notification email.
  • Enter your license key under Settings → License to receive automatic updates.
