At M Media, we build and sell professional software tools, plugins, and digital products intended for immediate use and deployment. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
All sales of digital products are final.
Because our products are delivered electronically and provide immediate access to proprietary software, license keys, or downloadable files, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase is completed.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Once access is granted or a license is issued, the product is considered delivered.

If M Media ever offers physical products:
By completing a purchase on any M Media website or storefront, you acknowledge that:
We don’t do refunds — but we do stand behind what we ship.
If something genuinely doesn’t work, we’ll help you fix it.
If you simply changed your mind, that’s okay; but the license stays put.
