Refund and Returns Policy

M Media sells software licenses, WordPress plugins and professional development services. This policy covers all three categories clearly.

Software Licenses & Plugins

All plugin and license sales are final. Once access is granted or a license key is issued, the product is considered delivered.

Exceptions are considered only in two cases:

  • A duplicate purchase made in error (same product, same account, within 7 days)
  • The plugin is completely non-functional on a supported configuration and our support team is unable to resolve it

All exceptions are at M Media’s sole discretion. Compatibility with your specific hosting environment, theme, or third-party plugins is your responsibility to verify before purchase.

Professional Services

Completed work is non-refundable. If a project is cancelled mid-engagement:

  • Work completed to date is billed at the agreed rate and is non-refundable
  • Unused prepaid hours are refundable within 30 days of the cancellation date

Monthly Retainers

Cancel any time. The current billing period is non-refundable. No cancellation fees.

Contact Support First

Before assuming a refund is the answer, reach out. Most issues are configuration-related and fixable. We’d rather solve the problem than reverse the sale.

Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, contact us before filing a dispute. Chargebacks filed without first contacting support may result in license revocation and removal from future purchases.
