Medigap Pro registers nine shortcodes. Each renders a self-contained module — combine them on a single page or place them independently. All shortcodes work in the standard WordPress block editor using a Shortcode block or directly inside any Paragraph block.
Lead capture

Inline lead capture form. Collects name, email, phone, and plan preference. Best for sidebars, landing page sections, or embedding inside existing content.

Full-width funnel with optional heading. Designed as a hero-section lead capture unit. Use this on your home page or dedicated landing pages for maximum conversion focus.
[cmg_thank_you]
Thank-you message shown after a successful form submission. Place on a dedicated confirmation page and set that page’s URL in Settings → Thank-You URL.
[medigap_compare_rates_form]
ZIP rate finder widget. Visitor enters their ZIP code and is redirected to the matching state landing page. Requires the state page URL pattern to be set under Settings.

Interactive 10-plan Medigap benefits comparison table. An email softgate captures a lead before revealing the full table — the collected email is stored as a lead.

Categorized Medigap FAQ accordion sections with accessible markup. Covers core topics like enrollment, plan differences, pricing, and coverage rules.

One-click email unsubscribe page. Compliant with RFC 8058 List-Unsubscribe headers. Place on a dedicated /unsubscribe/ page and reference it in your outgoing email footer. Automatically marks the lead record as unsubscribed in the Leads table.
