Installation
Dispatch Pro installs as a second WordPress plugin alongside Dispatch Core. Both must be active at the same time.
Step 1 — Install and activate Dispatch Core
If you haven’t already, install and activate Dispatch Core first. See Dispatch Core Installation for step-by-step instructions.
Step 2 — Install Dispatch Pro
- Go to Plugins → Add New Plugin
- Click Upload Plugin at the top of the page

Click Choose File, select
mmedia-dispatch-pro.zip, then click Install Now - Click Activate Plugin
Step 3 — Activate your license key
- Go to Dispatch → Settings → License
- Paste your license key into the License Key field
- Click Activate License
- The status indicator should change to “Active” — the Pro feature set is now unlocked
Your license key is in the purchase confirmation email from Gumroad or from your mmediasoftwarelab.com account. If you can’t find it, see License & Activation.
Install manually via FTP/SFTP
- Extract the downloaded zip file on your local machine

Upload the
mmedia-dispatch-pro/folder to/wp-content/plugins/on your server - Go to Plugins in your WordPress admin and activate Dispatch Pro
- Activate your license key as described above
After activation
Once Pro is active and licensed, you’ll see:
- A Transactional Emails menu item under Dispatch — edit the confirmation, welcome, and unsubscribe emails
- A Visual Builder mode option when creating or editing campaigns
- A License tab in Dispatch → Settings
- An Import button on the Subscribers screen
