What to include in your message
Support requests with clear details get resolved faster. Please include:
- WordPress version (found at Dashboard → Updates)
- PHP version (found at Tools → Site Health → Info → Server)
- A clear description of what you’re trying to do and what’s happening instead
- Any error messages — copy the exact text, or screenshot the browser console (F12 → Console tab)
- The last 4 characters of your license key (do not send the full key)
