4. Digital Delivery & Final Sale

All sales are final.

Abuse may result in immediate license termination without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any intellectual property rights.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
All products and services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
To the maximum extent permitted by law, M Media disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

- Error-free or uninterrupted operation
You assume all risk arising from use of the products.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, M Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnification

Upon termination:
- All licenses immediately cease
- You must stop using the affected products
- No refunds will be issued

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the United States and the State in which M Media operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
